And if they're stupid enough to commit suicide just because of one person... then that's they're decision. You didn't force the person to commit suicide. I would let the person know that its useless to give your life away for just one person when you have you're whole life to look forward to and they're plenty of other people out there who are more compatible with you and who you'll be more happy with. But, the point is No, you won't be charged for anything.There must be something wrong with you for asking this question over and over again...

no you can not be held responsible for what someone else does with there free will, but if you yourself tried to commit suicide and failed you could be charged with attempted murder, but its been a decade since I've heard of anyone charged like that for their own attempt, so that law could have been changed
