Why don't rich Muslim nations help poor Muslim countries?

-The oil rich countries have it made. But they don't do anything for African muslim nations. The UN tries to help, but they can only do so much. There must be a reason why. maybe they're afraid they'll lose their wealth or they think that by giving them aid they're perpetuating overpopulation. I don't know. Just sucks seeing innocent kids die of starvation daily.Oh - but they do. The rich Royal Saudi Families pay Blackmail to the Wahabist Islamics to build Mosques worldwide and spread Islam with the objective of rebuilding the Islamic Empire.
