Would u have to travel overseas if you joined the Military Police?

-I would like to join the military police but I don't really want to travel overseas, could I join the MP's and not travel overseas?Military duty is much easier and fun overseas, go for it. MPs do duty EVERYWHERE there is US military.Pfft. If you don't want to go overseas, STAY AWAY FROM THE MILITARY. You're one of those "I don't really want to do what's best for my country, I just want someone to pay for my college" people, aren't you. I'm an MP and very soon from now I'm deploying to Afghanistan for 15 months. Military Police is one of the most versatile MOSs in the military.
Any particular reason you posted this three times?



As a member of the military, you deploy when told. Yes, you will probably go overseas. It's the best part of the military! Before I was 25 I had lived in Korea and Germany.
For Christs sake, you've asked this 3 times in a row! YES MPs DEPLOY ALOT!! THEY DO PATROLS, CONVOY SECURITY, AND A TON OF OTHER DANGEROUS OPERATIONS! WHY DO YOU THINK SOME PEOPLE LIKE TO CALL IT GLORIFIED INFANTRY?!

if you enlist..in ANY Branch..in ANY Job.. you will go overseas..
