Where do all the democrats come off with the idea of the richest Americans need to pay their fair share?

-i dislike the idea too. its sort of like communism from what i understand. i dont completly understand what communism is so i may be wrong but from what ive read in communism if u can do something whether its work or money you will do it to the best of your ability.
